摘要
实现粮食安全与水资源可持续发展是我国社会、经济发展的必然要求,分析了我国粮食安全和水资源可持续发展中存在的问题,即人口不断增长,人均耕地逐年减少,水资源紧缺和水资源浪费现象严重等,针对问题采取科学合理且具有可操作性的措施确保我国的粮食安全和水资源的可持续发展。
Grain production security and sustainable development of water resource are the inevitable demand of our social and economical development. This paper analyses the problems of grain production security and sustainable development of water resource. It includes population unceasingly grows ,the average per person farming reduces year by year, water resource of agriculture lacking and wasted badly and so on. The author provides the reasonable and scienticific measures in keeping grain production security and water resources sustainable development.
