长绒棉新海21号叶片叶绿素含量动态分析 被引量:11

摘要 长绒棉新海21号叶片叶绿素含量的测定表明:打顶前叶片叶绿素含量有随着叶位下降而增高的趋势,各节位叶片叶绿素含量有随天数增长呈二次多项式的函数关系,并呈极显著关系,在叶片展平后70-80 d叶绿素含量达到高峰;叶绿素含量的高峰期出现在始花期后30 d左右,方差分析结果表明,不同时期不同长势棉株同节位叶片叶绿素含量趋于一致,同一节位叶片叶绿素含量在不同时期有明显的变化。 The chlorophyll content in leaf of long - fibre cotton Xinhai 21 was determined to reveal that the chlorophyll content in leaf was increased along with the leaf position dropping before tip priming. The chlorophyll content in leaf of each node position presents quadratic polynomial ruction relation along with increasing days and presents significant relation. The chlorophyll content reached the peak in 70 - 80 days after leaf spreading out. The peak of chlorophyll content begins about 30 days after flowering stage. Variance analysis showed that there is little difference in leaf chlorophyll content on the same node of cotton plant at different growing vigor and period. There is significant change of leaf chlorophyll content on the same node of cotton plant at different period.
