摘要
对河南引种表现较好的9个欧美杨无性系的主要生理指标进行了研究.结果表明:9个无性系的净光合速率(Pn)平均值大小顺序为,38号>47号>35号>13号>49号>8号>39号>10号>32号,其日变化趋势也不尽相同,无性系49号、32号、38号、35号、13号和39号的Pn曲线属于双峰型;无性系10号和47号的Pn曲线属于单峰型;蒸腾速率(Tr)平均值大小顺序为,47号>10号>39号>38号>49号>13号>8号>35号>32号,其日变化曲线基本上都是单峰型;无性系的水分利用效率的日波动性与无性系生长有一定相关性,在好的立地条件下,波动系数和林木平均胸径生长呈显著正相关,在差的立地条件下,波动系数和林木平均胸径生长呈显著负相关趋势.
This paper makes a comparative study of the main photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of 9 occidental poplar clones introduced to Henan Province. The results indicate that the average net photosynthesis (Pn) rate of the 9 clones is in the following proper orders No. 38〉No. 47〉No. 35〉No. 13〉No. 49〉No. 8〉No. 39〉No. 10〉No. 32, the diurnal variation tendency of the Pn rate is different, and the Pn curves of the clones No. 49, No. 32, No. 38, No. 35, No. 13 and No. 39 belong to the kind of double peak while those of the clones No. 10 and No. 47 belong to the kind of single peak〉 that the transpiration rate (Tr) of the 9 clones is in the following proper orders No. 47〉No. 10〉No. 39〉No. 38〉No. 49〉No. 13〉No. 8〉No. 35〉No. 32, the diurnal variation curve of the Tr rate is basically all the kind of single peak, and there is certain relevance between the diurnal variation tendency of WUE of the clones and the clone growths and that under good site conditions, the coefficient of fluctuation shows an obviously positive correlation to the forest average D. B. H growth but under bad site conditions, the coefficient of fluctuation has the tendency of showing a remarkably negative correlation to the forest average D. B. H growth.
