摘要
目的探讨MUC2的表达在溃疡性结肠炎发病中的作用,为研究溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制提供实验依据。方法选择溃疡性结肠炎患者42例,应用免疫组织化学S-P二步法检测其结肠病变黏膜组织中的MUC2表达水平;并设立正常对照组30例。结果正常组织中MUC2阳性表达,溃疡性结肠炎组与正常对照组表达水平的比较(1.0±0.9vs5.2±2.7),有显著性差异(P<0.01)。MUC2的表达强度与病情活动性(病情轻重、内镜分级、组织学分级、病变部位)之间有一定的关系。结论在UC患者结肠黏膜组织中MUC2表达水平明显减低,提示MUC2与UC关系密切,参与了UC的发生发展过程,可能在UC的发病机制中起重要作用。MUC2表达活性与UC的病情活动性及严重性(病情轻重、内镜分级、组织学分级、病变部位)有一定关联,其表达量也可作为判断疾病程度的指标之一。MUC2的阳性染色都表现在胞质中。正常对照组的结肠黏膜中均检测到活化的MUC2,而溃疡性结肠炎组MUC2的表达明显减低,说明MUC2的表达减低与溃疡性结肠炎的发生有关。
Objective To discuss the effect of the expression of MUC2 in etiopathogenisis of ulcerative cohtis and provide the experimental evidences for the research on nosogenesis of ulcerative colitis. Methods The activation of MUC2 in biopsies from 42 patients with an acute episode of ulcerative colitis and 30 cases of normal control group were investigated. Results MUC2 were all expressed in normal control group. There was significant difference between UC patients and normal control group (83.1 ± 3.8 vs 100 ± 1.1 )(P〈0.01).The expression of MUC2 was partly related with the activity of ulcerative colitis, such as severity, endoscopic classification,pathologic classification and lesion sites. Conclu- sion The induction of MUC2 participates in the occurrence and development of UC. It may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. MUC2 activation may be related with the severityand activity of UC. MUC2 are localized in the cytoplasm. MUC2 are expressed in normal control group .On the contrary, MUC2 is little expressed.It demonstrates that the decrease of MUC2 activation is related with the occurrence of ulcerative colitis.
