摘要
利用动电位扫描和交流阻抗技术研究了新型复配缓蚀剂(ZnSO_4,CaGL,APG,Na_2SiO_3和Na_2WO_4)对G105钻具钢在31%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀行为,并应用Kramers-Kronig关系对电化学阻抗谱的适用性进行了探讨,采用XRD分析了腐蚀产物物相组成,用EDS分析了缓蚀剂膜元素吸附量变化.结果表明,复配缓蚀剂是一种性能优良的混合型缓蚀剂.在80℃时,复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率达到80%以上.腐蚀产物以Fe_3O_4为主,缓蚀剂膜的各元素吸附量随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加而增加.
The inhibitive effect on the G105 steel in 31%NaCl solution was studied, and the inhibitory mechanism was analyzed by polarization curve and EIS, and Kramers-Kronig transforms have been used in analyzing the EIS. XRD and EDS were used in examining the corrosion products formed on the surface and adsorbed inhibitor. The results showed that the compound inhibitor is mixed-type inhibitor and the inhibition efficiency reached above 80% at 80 ℃. Corrosion product is mainly Fe3O4, the content of elements in inhibitor film on electrode surface increased with concentration of inhibitors.
