摘要
由植原体寄生所引起的桑树黄化型萎缩病是蚕桑生产中的一种毁灭性传染病。研究了桑树感染黄化型萎缩病后的光合特性变化:被感染桑树的叶绿素含量、叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、羧化效率与健康对照相比出现了不同程度的下降,胞间CO2浓度也有所下降,但叶片中的淀粉含量呈上升趋势。根据以上结果认为:植原体侵染桑树导致叶片光合能力明显下降,光合作用受到明显抑制。
Mulberry dwarf is one of the most serious infectious disease of mulberry caused by phytoplasma, The influence of phytoplasma infection on the photosynthetic characteristics of mulberry were studied, The results showed that the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance( Gs), transpiration rate( Tr), carboxylation efficiency(CE) and intercellular CO2 concentration (C) of the leaves of infected trees were declined in comparison with those of the healthy trees, However, the starch content of the leaves of infected trees was increased, Based on the results we hold that the photosynthetic capability of the leaves infected by phytoplasma was declined and the photosynthesis was restrained significantly.
