摘要
喷墨打印墨点的保真度通常通过墨点的圆度、面积变化率及打印位置的准确度来衡量.研究了墨点的保真度分析原理,设计了基于图像分析法的打印质量显微图像分析系统.利用显微图像分析系统对HP、Canon和Epson喷墨打印机分别在三种涂布纸上打印墨点效果进行了分析.实验表明,该方法可用于涂布和印刷图像质量的评价.
Dot fidelity could be measured by dot roundness, dot area and printing position. The principle of dot fidelity analysis was studied. Micro-image analysis system based on image analysis was designed. Experiments were made by means of this micro-image analysis system on HP printer, Canon printer and Epson printer with three kinds of paper. Results show that this method could be used on the assessment of coating and printing quality.
