摘要
目的探讨初产妇孕次多少对产妇第一产程所需时间的影响。方法观察、统计和分析205例初产妇第一产程和潜伏期的时间,其中初孕次初产妇105例,多孕次初产妇100例。结果多孕次初产妇的潜伏期及第一产程平均时间比初孕次初产妇的相应时间均有明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论多孕次初产妇分娩过程中潜伏期所需平均时间缩短,可适当提前其进入待产室的时间。
Objective To investigate the difference of the first stage of labor between primigravida primipara G1 Po and primipara G（n＋1） Po. Methods The first labor phase and latent phase of 205 cases of primipara,including 105 cases of primipara （G1Po） and 100 cased of primipara （G〈n＋1） Po）,were observed and analyzed. Results The average time of latent phase and the first labor of primipara（G（n＋1） Po） was significaintly shorter than that of primipara（G1Po）. Conclusion The latent phase average time in primipara G（n＋1） Po is shorter and the primipara should enter the labor room earlier.
