摘要
在对贵阳市磷矿山开发利用情况概述的基础上,紧紧围绕目前贵阳市磷矿山开采中存在的突出矛盾和问题,以全面协调可持续的科学发展观为指导,按照"合理开发利用磷矿石资源、节能、降耗、减污、重复利用、增效"原则,提出了贵阳市磷矿山开展环境综合整治的必要性和推行清洁生产审核的紧迫性.
On the basis of analyzing the developing and using of phosphorus ore mines in Guiyang City, the paper discussed the major problems during the mining of phosphorus ore mines, and then analyzed the necessarity of protecting phosphorus ore mines and implementing cleaner production.
