摘要
采用酪蛋白透明圈测定和诱变处理(u.v 和亚硝酸)相结合的方法,筛选出2株生长快、产孢子多、酶活力高的酱油曲菌.
Two domesticated Koji molds(named M31 and M264)were screened by comprehensive optimum methods,namely casein transparent circle,physical and chemical inducers. The Koji molds grew rapidly,produced more spores and had high enzyme activity.
