摘要
目的探讨有效的护理本科生临床能力评价工具。方法综合运用文献分析、资料调研、Delphi法、优序图法、加权加法等研究方法,构建护理本科生临床能力评价指标体系;通过自评与他评相结合的方式对指标体系进行实测验证。结果构建了包含2个层次共39个基础指标的综合评价体系,实测检验证明指标体系有较好的信度和效度。结论本研究所构建的护理本科生临床能力指标体系能有效地评价护理本科生的临床能力,为评价护理本科生的培训质量提供了科学的依据。
Objective To search for an effective system for evaluating the clinical competence of nursing undergraduates. Methods An evaluation system for clinical competence of nursing undergraduates was created by means of literature analysis, data investigation, Delphi methods, precedence chart and add power addition; the system was tested by combining self and non-self application of the system. Results An evaluation system that consisted of 2 hierarchies and 39 basic parameter was established. The results of the application showed that the system was reliable and efficient. Conclusion The evaluation system in this study can effectively evaluate the clinical competence of nursing undergraduates.
