摘要
从政策法规、工艺特点、卫生健康、成本费用、市场需求、产品质量、国外情况、国内现状环境等几方面阐述了固液结合法白酒的优点,并提出了存在的问题和相应的解决方法。
The advantages of the liquor produced with technology of solid-liquid combination are commented through the viewpoints of policy and principles,features of technology,healthy and sanitation,cost and expenditure market demands,product quality,field situation abroad ,domestic situation and some suggestions to overcome the problems existing also put forward in this paper.
