摘要
通过模拟试验,对如何改善30CrMoA钢锻件的晶粒度进行了分析研究。淬火温度降至830℃,调质前增加870℃退火处理,可得到理想的综合性能。
By the stimulation test, the issue that how to improve the grain fineness of 30CrMoA steel forgings has been analyzed and studied. Decreasing the quenching temperature to 830℃ and adding 870℃ annealing treatment before quenching and tempering, the perfect all-round properties can be achieved.
