摘要 碘(Ⅰ2)能与鲁米诺发生化学发光反应,先用硫酸和重铬酸钾将水中碘离子氧化成Ⅰ2,然后用环己烷提取Ⅰ2,以表面活性剂氯化烷基三甲铵为介质增强发光反应的强度,Ⅰ2与发光强度成正比。用该方法测定饮水中的碘具有较高的灵敏度和较好的准确性,其检测下限为0.2μg/L,同批样重复测量的变异系数为2.20%。该方法操作简便,抗干扰性强。 Iodine causes chemiluminescence upon mixing with the solution of luminol. After the iodine was oxidated to Ⅰ2 by H2SO4 and K,Cr2O7, Ⅰ2 was extracted by cyclohexane- The CTAC can enhance chemiluminescence signal of iodine-luminol reaction. The chemiluminescence intensity is proportional to iodine concentration. The detection limit of iodine by chemiluminescent assay was 0. 2 ng/ml. The precision and accuracy of chemiluminescent assay is quite satisfactory, the relative standard deviation of reproducibility is 2. 20%. This method is characterized by its simplicity, rapidity and sensitiveness.
