摘要
在对结构效率模型进行改进的基础上，结合Malmquist指数，提出了可测度总体生产率变化的方法，并对1993～2005年期间我国制造业结构效率和总体生产率的变化进行了测算。结果表明：我国制造业结构效率和总体生产率具有相近的变化趋势，两者在1997年之前下降，之后上升；我国制造业结构效率和总体生产率的水平还较低，经济增长质量还有待提高。
Based on the improvement of the structural efficiency and malmquist productivity index, this paper puts forward a to measure the aggregate productivity change. The changes of structural efficiency and productivity in China＇s manufacturing sectors in 1993 to 2005 have been measured. The results indicate that the changes of them are close, descending before 1997 and rising after it. The levels of structural efficiency and the overall productivity are low, the quality of economic growth needs improving.
