摘要
以株两优02为材料,陆18S/ZR02,H155S/华284,T98A/232,L2293等为对照,探讨不同脱水方式和不同储藏条件对株两优02种子耐储藏性和发芽率的影响.结果表明:株两优02种子抗高温高湿老化能力弱,耐储藏性较差;收获的种子及时采用35℃条件下快速风干脱水,并结合密封干燥储藏,能有效延长种子寿命和提高种子发芽率.
Zhuliangyou 02(ZhulS/ZR02)is adopted as a material,and contrasted it with Lu18S/ZR02,H155S/Hua, 284T98A/232, L2293. Effects of dehydration ways and storage conditions on germination and resistance to storage are investigated. The results show that Zhuliangyou 02 seeds are not resistant to high temperature, high moisture and long storage. That seeds harvested are dehytrated in time by quick air-drying at 35 ℃ and stored in airproof container which can prolong longevity of seeds and improve the germination rates.
