摘要
在对封闭凸轮廓形的分析基础上研究了凸轮廓形的数控加工方法。将"旋转伺服电机+滚珠丝杠副"刀架进给系统与直线电机刀架进给系统进行对比认为:通用数控加工系统中常用的"旋转伺服电机+滚珠丝杠副"进给系统不能满足凸轮轴的高效高精度要求,从而提出采用直线电机进给系统,并指出了直线电机在设计和应用中存在的主要问题和解决方案。
On the basis of analyzing the non-impact seal cam profile, CNC methods of cam profile are given. A contrast between the "rotating servo motor +ball bearing-screw pole" tool holder system and the linear motor tool holder system is made; the advantages of the linear motor system which can well meet the requirements of high efficiency and high accuracy are pointed out. The main problems and solutions in the design and application are given.
