摘要
差速器广泛应用于汽车行业。本文以圆锥齿轮差速器针体积最小为目标函数,建立了设计变量和约束函数。以具有2个行星齿轮的轿车差速器锥齿轮为例,给出了优化设计结果,探讨了利用MATLAB进行最优解求解的可行性。
The differential is widely used in automobile industry. In this paper, the minimum volume of the bevel gear differential needle is used as the objective function, design variables and constraint functions are set up. As an example, for the bevel gear differential of the car with two planetary gears, the results of the optimization design is obtained, and the feasibility of optimum solution using MATLAB is researched as well.
