摘要
针对目前三大件式转向架货车在运用中出现的问题,及目前客货车提速的要求,以C62A型货车为例,对其整车的频率特性进行了全面分析,并与动力学试验和现场运用中所出现的问题进行了对照,解释了目前我国三大件式转向架货车在某些速度区内性能恶化的原因。在此基础上,对改善我国三大件式转向架货车的走行性能,提高运行速度进行了探讨。
In Accordance with the disadvantages of the three piece bogie freight car and the aim of increasing running speed of railway train,the frequency behaviour of C 62A gondola was analysed and compared with the problems which were found in dynamic test and practical applications.The results can be implemented to explain the deterioration cause of dynamic behaviour of the three piece bogie freight car in some certain running speed range.On the basis of analysis,the method to increase the running speed of the three piece bogie freight car was discussed,and the necessity of wheelset elastic constrain for increasing the running speed to 90 km/h was pointed out.
