茴拉西坦辅助治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

摘要 目的探讨茴拉西坦对精神分裂症的辅助疗效。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为2组,分别在使用抗精神病药物时使用或不使用茴拉西坦辅助治疗。疗程8周,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效。结果使用茴拉西坦辅助治疗疗效明显较好。结论茴拉西坦对精神分裂症有明显辅助疗效。
