摘要
分析了出口信用保险的特点、功能,研究了我国出口信用保险.从法律保障、承保能力等6个方面分析了我国出口信用保险存在的问题;根据目前我国出口信用保险存在的问题,提出了发展与完善我国出口信用保险体系的措施.
The characteristic, function of export credit insurance are analysed,China＇s export credit insurance is studied. The existed problems of export credit insurance are analysed based on the law,acceptance ability etc. six aspects; According to the existed problems in China＇s export credit insurance at present, the measures of development and perfection of China＇s export credit insurance system are put forward.
