摘要
介绍了由单片机AT89C2051、数码语音芯片ISD2560及42D125型四相反应式步进电机组成的智能仪器系统的设计与实现,给出系统的硬件电路及相应部分的软件源程序。本系统硬件电路设计简单,便于调试,利用单片机实现对步进电机的定位控制已成功地应用于对测试模型的精确定位。语音系统部分不仅可以作为电脑语音系统的语音板,还可以作为语音服务系统的子系统,灵活地实现了语音的分段录取、组合回放和自动控制等功能。实际应用表明,该系统的设计方案对其它各种智能控制仪器的研发具有一定的参考价值。
In the paper, an intelligence control system based on AT89C2051 and ISD2560 and 42D125 step motor is introduced. Hardware circuit of system is designed, and practical programmes are given. The design of the hardware circuit is so simple that we can convenient for experiment. The application system of using a microcomputer control the position for step motor has been implemented successfully in the field of testing model. The sound system not only can be used as a module for the microcomputer sound system, but also can be used as a subsystem of sound service system. What' s more, it is flexible to carry out a series of function such as subsection record and combination return play and automation and etc. The experiment proves that this design scheme will have some reference merits to research and developmentanother intelligence control system.
