摘要
通过将80只小鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组,连续饲喂6周,对豆豉纤溶酶粗提液预防小鼠高血脂作用进行了研究。结果表明:低剂量组可以显著降低(P<0.05)小鼠血清中胆固醇含量,高剂量组达到非常显著水平(P<0.01),分别降低34.4%和54.4%。对于小鼠血清中甘油三酯的降低作用,低剂量组不显著(P>0.05),而高剂量组则达到显著水平(P<0.05),分别降低22%和31.7%。同高脂模型组比较,低剂量组对小鼠高密度脂蛋白的升高作用及对低密度脂蛋白降低作用显著(P<0.05),高剂量组非常显著(P<0.01)。两组动脉硬化指数均显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低61.5%和54.3%。与模型组比较,低剂量组小鼠肝细胞有少量脂肪变性,高剂量组小鼠肝细胞脂肪化情况有所改善。
80 mice were divided into placebo group, model group, low dose group and high dose group randomly and fed for 6 weeks. They were used to study on preventing hyperlipemia by feeding crude fibrinolysin of touchi. The results showed that serum total cholesterol was decreased significantly (P〈0.05)in low dose group, high dose group reached highly significant level (P〈0.01),it was decreased 34.4 % and 54.4 % respectively. The low dose group was no significant for decreasing triglyceride (P〉0.05), but high dose group reached significant level (P〈0.05), it was decreased 22 % and 31.7 % respectively. Compared with model group, the low dose group was significant (P〈0.05)for increasing high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol and decreasing low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol, high dose group reached highly significant level (P〈0.01). The atherogenic indexes of low dose group and high dose group were decreased significantly (P〈0.05), it was decreased 61.5 % and 54.3 % respectively. Compared with model group, only a small quantity mice liver cells of low dose group happened fat degeneration, and the pimelosis situation of mice liver cells were improved in high dose group.
