摘要 从发病的草果茎杆上组织分离得到草果疫病病菌,用不同农药进行药剂筛选试验,经哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzimum)不同菌株和病菌在PDA平板上对峙培养,结果表明:易保1000倍药液下病菌菌丝无法生长,百菌清600倍、易保1500倍、春雷霉素400倍药液对病原菌菌丝生长抑制率在60%以上;哈茨木霉不同菌株对草果疫病病原菌有很好的抑制力,且药物诱变和紫外线诱变的突变菌株抑菌效果比野生型菌株好。 Phytophthora cactorum and were obtained from the stem of Amomum tsao-ko that was disease. It grew on PDA mediums added different fungicides, Different strains of Trichoderma harzimum and Phytophthora cactorum grew simultaneously on PDA medium. The result showed that mancozeb which was added water 1 000 times can completely control Phytophthora cactorum, and Phytophthora cactorum was controlled above 60% on chlorothalonil, mancozeb and kasugamycin, which were respectively added water 600, 1 500 and 400 times. Different strains of Trichoderma harzimum can control Phytophthora cactorum, Moreover, mutants of Trichoderma harzimum can control much more than Wild strain of Trichoderma harzimum.
