摘要
L-半胱氨酸是一种具有生理功能的氨基酸,是组成蛋白质的20多种氨基酸中唯一具有还原性基团巯基(-SH)的氨基酸。目前已在医药、食品添加剂和化妆品中广泛应用。L-半胱氨酸的合成主要有毛发水解后还原法、酶法合成法、化学合成法和发酵法以及通过构建基因工程菌来生产等,其中微生物方法生产L-半胱氨酸较化学方法具有相当的优越性,生产步骤简化,底物转化率高,可降低污染,因此微生物酶法生产L-半胱氨酸具有重要的研究意义。
L-cysteine was an amino acid with physiological function,and was the unique who possess the reducing group-sulfhydryl(-SH) out of more than 20 kinds of amino acid. It can be applied abroadly in drug, food additive and cosmetic. The main production methods were as follows:reduction method after hydrolyzed pelage, synthesis method of enzyme,chemical synthesis method,Fermentation method and production through genetic engineering. The microbical methods have much advantage than chemical methods,they are simple,high conversion and can reduce pollution, therfore, study on microbical methods have important significant.
