摘要
以SnCl4为原料,NaBH4作还原剂,采用液相还原法,分别在水溶液及聚乙二醇-水溶液中制备了纳米锡,并用XRD、FESEM及DSC对制备物进行了分析。结果表明,所制备的纳米锡为β-锡,四方晶系,粒度小于100 nm,聚乙二醇溶液中得到纳米锡的粒度比水溶液中小。锡粉纳米化后,熔点和熔化热较普通锡粉显著减小,并随着纳米颗粒的增大,熔点增加,熔化热增大。
Nanosized tin is synthesized by reduction method using SnC14 as raw materials and NaBH4 as reducing agent. The structure of nanosized tin are investigated by DSC, XRD and FESEM. The results show that the nanosized tin is β-tin and the tin crystal is a tetragonal lattice structure, the particle size of nanosized tin prepared in the polyglycol solution is smaller than that in the water, and the particles size is smaller than 100 nm. The melting point and the fusion heat of nanosize tin decrease than that of general tin obviously,with the size of nanosized tin the melting point and the fusion heat increase obviously.
