摘要
依据空气动力学原理,建立了副槽通风系统的转子绕组通风计算模型,给出了副槽和转子绕组径向风道内冷却气体压力、流量和流速的计算方程,并对一台转子绕组采用副槽通风系统的1000MW汽轮发电机副槽和转子绕组的通风进行了分析计算。使用节点单元热阻等效网络方法计算出了该电机转子绕组各单元的温度。该分析计算方法对大容量汽轮发电机的设计是实用有效的。
This paper analyses and calculates the rotor winding ventilation and temperatures of a 1 000 MW turbine generator with sub-slot. Based on the principle of aero-dynamics, the calculating model of the rotor winding ventilation is built, and the equations for calculating the gas pressure, flow velocity and volume in the sub-slot and each radial vent for coils are given. The computation results of the rotor winding ventilation and temperatures of a 1 000 MW water-hydrogen inner-cooled turbine generator with sub-slot have been provided. It's very useful for the design of a 1 000 MW class turbine generator.
