摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病患者凝血指标的改变并探讨糖尿病高凝状态与微血管病变之间的关系。方法利用全自动血凝仪检测30例正常健康体检者及49例2型糖尿病患者的PT、APTT、TT及FIB值。结果糖尿病组APTT较正常对照组缩短,FIB较正常对照组明显增高,伴微血管病变组差异更明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论糖尿病患者凝血功能改变与微血管病变密切相关。 Objective To study the changes of blood coagulation in type 2 diabetics, and to discover the relationship of hypercoagulation status with the microvascular complication in type 2 diabetics. Methods To measure plasma prothrombin time (PT), activate part plasma prothrombin time (APTT), prothrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen(FIB) in 49 cases type 2 diabetics and 30 cases normal controls. There were 26 cases diabetes mellitus associated with the microvascular complication. Results The level of plasma FIB of type 2 diabetics had risen significantly than that of the normal controls (P〈0.001). The level of APTT had shortened compared with that of the normal controls(P〈0.05). Conclusion The blood coagulation function disorder have closely correlation with the microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus.
