摘要
解决困难群体的医疗保障问题,是构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要任务。文章从我国城镇职工基本医疗保险的研究背景出发,在对困难群体基本概念进行阐释的基础上,分析了我国医疗保险制度存在的缺憾以及困难群体医疗保障的现状,同时借鉴国外困难群体医疗保险制度的经验,提出了建立健全我国困难群体医疗保障问题的思路。
Increasing the health insurance coverage of poor group is an important task to build socialistic harmonious society. This article explored the flaws of national health insurance system and current situation of poor group＇ s health insurance from the background of Basic Health Insurance for employees and the definition of poor group. And meanwhile, it provided suggestions to expand poor group＇ s health insurance coverage by using other countries＇ health insurance for the poor as reference.
