摘要
目的:改进吲哚美辛片有关物质的检查方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,吸附剂不添加磷酸二氢钠,展开剂由乙醚-石油醚(7∶3)改为无水乙醇-三氯甲烷-三乙胺(10∶10∶0.5),于254nm波长处进行紫外检视。结果与结论:与原方法比较,本方法斑点清晰可见,分离效果更好,操作简便、灵敏。
OBJECTIVE： To improve the method for the detection of the related substances in indomethacin tablets. METHODS： The related substances in indomethacin tablets were detected by TLC, in which no sodium dihydrogen phosphate was added into the adsorbent, and the developer was a mixture of ethanol absolute-chloroform- triethylamine （10 ： 10 ： 0.5） instead of ether- petroleum benzin in the traditional method, and the detection wavelength was set at 254nm. RESULT ＆ CONCLUSION： As compared with the original one, in this method the spots was clear and well -separated, and the method was proved to be simple and sensitive.
