产纤维素酶细菌的筛选及在菜粕蛋白改性上的应用 被引量:8

摘要 从土壤中分离到56株细菌,通过刚果红染色法和羧甲基纤维素酶活力法筛选,得到1株产纤维素酶能力强的菌株,编号为A17。对该菌株进行16S rDNA序列测定,鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bcillus sub-tilis)。经紫外线(UV)诱变后,此菌株产纤维素酶能力可提高58.7%,同时产中性蛋白酶能力也提高了11.2%。将A17菌株应用于菜粕固态发酵,通过SDS-PAGE电泳检测,菜粕蛋白的改性效果十分优良。菜粕发酵后是一种优质饲料蛋白源,在饲料工业中有很好的应用前景。 56 strains was isolated from soil,screened by the Congo red dying method and determining CMCase activities method,a strain was obtained with powerful ability of cellulose, strain number was A17. By 16SrDNA sequencing,A17 was belonged to Bacillus sublitis. Its ability of producing cellulae and neutrase increased by 58.7% and 11.2% when mutated by UV irridated. After fermented with strain A17, rapeseed protein was modified well when detected with SDS-PAGE. Fermented rapeseed meal became a feed resource with high quality,and it had a good application potential in feedstuff industry.
