摘要
量大面广的铅污染土壤已成为国内外环境保护与治理中不可忽视的问题,植物修复技术在治理铅污染土壤方面具有多种优势。综述了植物修复技术的特点及类型、目前已发现的铅超富集植物及其筛选方法、植物富集铅能力的影响因素和铅超富集植物耐性和积累机制等方面的研究进展,并指出了目前尚未解决的问题及未来发展趋势。
With the principal contributor of the rapid economic growth and mining industry, a large amount of soil was eroded by plumbum and caused water pollution as well as other environmental damages. Recoverying soil polluted by plumbum has been a prominent problem to all of the world. It has been found there are many advantages, if phytoremediation technology were applied to recovery polluted soil by heavy metal. The text summarizes research achievement as follow: the character and style of phytore-mediation technology, the plumbum hyperaccumulators found up to now and the progress on screening plumbum hypemccumulators, the effect factors of accumulating plumbum by plant , bioaccumulation and tolerance mechanism of hyperaccumulator etc. Finally, to accelerate the research of phytoremediation technology and restoration of polluted soil, the problems could not be solved at present and development tendency in the future are pointed out, several recommendations are also put forward in this review.
