摘要
设计了一种新型的基于DSP和CPLD的主动磁轴承控制器,它以DSP为主处理器,把所有控制电路、PWM信号等在CPLD中实现。同时,控制器软件采用改进型的PID控制算法,以提高系统控制精度和动态性能。实验结果表明,该控制器实现了磁悬浮轴承控制系统的高速率实时控制,增强了系统的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,取得了良好的效果。
A new type of active magnetic bearing controller based on DSP and CPLD is designed.It takes DSP as a main processor to control all the circuits and PWM signals,which can achieve in CPLD.Meanwhile the controller softwares adopt modified PID control algorithm to improve the system control accuracy and dynamic property.The experimental results show that the controller can achieve high speed real-time control of the magnetic suspension bearing control,raise the system robustness and anti-interference capacity and get fine effect.
