摘要
离体抑菌试验表明,利迪链霉菌A02对植物病原真菌具有广谱的抑制活性,不同病原菌种类对其敏感性有一定的差异,果蔬灰霉病菌、番茄早疫病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和小麦纹枯病菌的敏感性较高;无菌发酵滤液稳定性测定显示,A02抑菌活性物质具有很好的热稳定性和耐酸碱、抗日光照射的特性,在70℃以下、pH5~8的条件下能较好地保持其抑菌活性。研究结果表明,拮抗菌A02在植物真菌性病害,尤其是半知菌引起的病害的生物防治中具有较高的应用价值。
The antimicrobial activity and stability of Streptomyces lydicus A02 were determined. In the in vitro assay, strain A02 represented a broad antifungal spectrum against plant pathogenic fungi tested in the experiment. The four pathogens, Botrytis cinerea , Alternaria solani , Fusarium graminearium and Rhizoctonia cerealis , were especially sensitive to the strain. According to the tests on the filtrates from the fermented broth of strain A02, the anti- fungal substance produced by A02 displayed a higher stability to heat, light, acid and base. It could keep a good anti fungal activity under conditions of 70 ℃ and pH5 8. The results showed that S. lydicus A02 has a huge potential for further development in biocontrol of plant fungal diseases, especially those caused by fungi imperfecti.
