摘要
应用模糊数学的方法,对高职教师绩效评价的诸影响因素进行分析,构建高职教师绩效模糊综合评判的数学模型,有助于对高职教师绩效作出更科学、更客观的综合评判。
The mathematic model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation for teachers' performance in higher vocational colleges is constructed by applying the methods of fuzzy mathematics and analyzing all factors that influence teachers' performance. It is conducive to make comprehensive evaluation to the teachers' performance more scientifically and objectively.
