摘要
利用SB-CNC超精密车床精密车削Cr12钢的切削试验,研究了切削速度、进给量和切削深度对切削力的影响变化规律,并分析了产生这些变化的原因。结果表明提高切削速度能减小切削力,而进给量越大,切削力也越大;但刀尖圆弧对径向切削分力和轴向切削分力的影响很大,在小切深时,径向切削分力大于轴向切削分力,随着切深的增加,径向分力越来越小,轴向分力越来越大,当切深大于圆弧半径时,径向切削力保持不变。
Based on the precision turning of the Cr12 die steel, the effect of the cutting parameter (cutting depth and feed ) and rotational speed on the cutting force was analyzed. And the cause of these phenomena was presented. It is indicated that the tool nose can influence the radial force and axis force. When the cutting depth is low, the radial force is larger than the axis force. With the increment of the cutting depth, the radial force is less while the axis force is bigger. Once the cutting depth is larger than the nose radius, the radial force keeps stabilization.
