摘要
九江发电厂在汽轮机轴封改造方面采用了新技术并获得好的效果,阐述了梳齿式汽封和新型的蜂窝式汽封的工作原理和结构差异。经过蜂窝式汽封在九江发电厂210 MW(3号机组)应用后的对比分析,煤耗有所降低,机组运行安全性有较大提高。为同行业提供改造经验。
Experiences and profits in retrofitting of Steam seals of steam turbine in Jiujiang Power Plant were introduced. Discrepancies of working principles and structures between honeycomb steam seals and rack-type labyrinth steam seals were elaborated. Analyzing the application of honeycomb steam seals in 210 MW steam turbines of JiuJiang Power Plant and comparing its ability to reduce consumption of coal, this article shows some experiences in retrofitting of steam seals.
