摘要
城市地下空间作为城市空间资源的重要组成部分,其开发利用与规划编制工作已被列入我国的城市规划编制体系中。我国的城市地下空间开发与规划经历了4个发展时期,已逐步发展成为综合性规划。杭州、青岛、北京、上海、深圳等城市在地下空间规划方面均进行了积极的探索与实践,但仍需加强理论研究,探讨科学的地下空间规划编制方法。
As a cirtical component of urban space, underground space planning and development has been integrated into urban master plan. Underground space development in our country experienced four periods and gradually come into being a comprehensive planning. Cities like Hangzhou, Qingdao, Beijing, and Shanghai have made studies on its planning and made certain achievement. However, theoretical research is still needed for better plan-malting.
