摘要
自主创新是企业实现竞争力提升的重要战略,也是企业持续高效发展的不竭动力。中小企业在江苏省经济发展中发挥着重要作用,并在自主创新方面具有突出的表现。文章分析了自主创新战略对中小企业发展的现实意义,剖析了江苏省中小企业自主创新中存在的不足,提出构建创新体系、培养人才、完善服务体系等相关措施来进一步提升江苏中小企业的自主创新能力。
Independent innovation is not only an important strategy that the country and enterprises enhance competitive ability,but also the power of sustainable development.SMEs play an important role in Jiangsu economic development,and have outstanding performance in independent innovation.The paper analyzes practical significance of the strategy,finds out the reason in deficient independent innovation ability,finally puts forward several related measures in order to further enhancing Jiangsu enterprises independent innovation capability,including constructing innovation system,cultivating person and consummating the service system etc.
