摘要
文章在前人研究成果的基础上,提出了影响B2C网站顾客忠诚的概念模型和研究假设,并采用结构方程模型(Structural equation model)方法,用LISREL8.70分析软件对模型的适配度及相关研究假设进行检验。最后,依据研究结果,就B2C网站如何提高顾客忠诚度提出了一些有价值的建议。
Firstly,this paper gives a brief literature review about B2C customer loyalty.Secondly,it puts forward the theoretical model and the research hypotheses of B2C customer loyalty.Thirdly,Structural Equation Modeling technique is employed to test the theoretical model through software LISREL8.70.Finally,it brings forward some valuable suggestions,which can improve B2C Web-Site Loyalty.
