摘要
液压冲击现象是液压系统中一种常见的故障,发生液压冲击时会对系统造成各种危害,从而影响系统的正常运行.分析了液压冲击现象产生的原因及危害性,并通过对冲击压力的计算和分析,总结出减小液压系统中液压冲击的主要措施,也为液压系统的设计提供了依据.液压冲击尽管不能完全消除,但可以预防.
Hydraulic impact phenomena is a sort of common trouble in hydraulic systems. That can bring many dangers to system and affect normal running when impact occurs. Analyses the reasons and dangers of hydraulic impact phenomena in hydraulic systems, and comes out main measures of decreasing hydraulic impact through calculation and analysis of impact pressure, also provides basis for system design. Hydraulic impact can be prevented, though it can not be dispelled completely.
