摘要
研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,镁(Ⅱ)与碘化钾和罗丹明B形成三元络合物的超高灵敏显色反应.以摩尔比法测定络合物中摩尔比,结果[MgI5]3-与RB的比为1∶3,络合物水溶液的最大吸收波长是556 nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.58×105 L·(mol·cm)-1·Mg含量在0~6μg/mL范围内符合朗伯比耳定律.
Study on the color reaction of Magnesium (Ⅱ), KI and Rhodamine B in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol. Mg (Ⅱ) ion reacts with KI and Rhodamine B. Molar ratio methods gets Mg : RB=1 : 3. λ max of the product is 556nm, the mole of extinction coefficient is 1.58×10^5 L·(mol·cm)^-1. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0~6μg/mL. The condition of the color reaction and the interference of foreign ions were studied. Direct determination of trace Mg ( 11 ) in aqueous medium was proposed. The way comparative satisfactory.
