摘要
论述了教育组织决策思维范式的不断变迁、变迁中教育决策科学性判断标准和教育决策的系统分解与协调三个方面内容,探寻了这一变迁过程中蕴含的哲学思索、事实功用与价值认识,以期达到对教育组织管理决策机制的深度思考。
The transformation of the thinking paradigm of educational decision-making, the scientific criteria for educational decision-making, and the system analysis and coordination of educational decision-making are appreciated and analyzed. The philosophic thinking, practical function and value judgment embodied in the transformation are explored with the hope of helping to improve the decision-making mechanism of educational institutions.
