摘要
在预应力空心板冬季施工"蒸养"过程中,混凝土初期养护管理、升降温梯度、板梁上下散热速度差以及大梁内是否配置防裂钢筋等都将对大梁的浇注质量产生影响,本文以沈环线新革大桥为例,对空心板的"蒸养"裂纹作了详细分析,提出了相应的防范措施。
During atmospheric steam winter curing in prestress concrete hollow board, concrete maintaining, temperature grads, difference of heat radiator speed and crack - prevention steel bar can all affect pouring quality of hollow board beam. Taking pre - stress hollow board beam of Xinge brideg in Shenyang road as an example, this paper analyses atmospheric steamcuring crack of beam and puts forward relevant prevention measurments.
