摘要
以东方百合"索蚌"小鳞茎为试材,研究在4℃冷藏条件下小鳞茎中可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、淀粉酶、电导率及A-280在75d内的变化。在75d的冷藏期内,籽球鳞茎中的可溶性蛋白含量先减少后增加,在60d达到最高;可溶性总糖含量持续增加;淀粉总酶活性和α-淀粉酶活变化相似,均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,15d时出现峰值,30d后淀粉酶活性均处于低水平;电导率和A-280值均呈现减少、增加、减少的趋势。
Carbohydrate contents, related enzymes activities, electrical conductivity and A-280 were performed to investigate the effect of low temperature storage on the bulbs of Oriental Lily. Which were stored in seventy-five days at 4℃.The soluble protein contents reduce first but increase afterwards in stored period, and reached the peak value at sixty days. The contents of total soluble sugar were increased continuously. Similar phenomena was found in amylase activity and α-amylase activity, except that the peak value appeared at fifteen days, and after thirty days the amylase activity was observed in low activity level. The electrical conductivity and A-280 reduced first and increased afterwards, finally decreased.
