摘要
运用工作研究理论对某生产线的瓶颈工序、不规范操作和不合理的动作等进行分析研究,制定了标准的操作方法、工时定额、场地布置等。并进行仿真验证和对改进前后的方案进行了对比分析,实践证明改进效果明显。
According the work-study, this paper analyzes and researches the existed problems on production line, such as the related constraint process, irregular operations, unreasonable actions, and so on. The standard operation way, working hour and floor arrangement were given. Through the contrast and analysis between old and new project, it proves the improvement in effect is very obvious.
