摘要
针对胡庆油田地层特点,为控制高渗透带吸水强度,改善吸水剖面,防止出砂,研制了可形成渗透性封堵层的一种水泥浆堵荆。优选出了堵荆的基本配方:100%等量的G级水泥+金属离子平衡刺+15%~25%增孔剂+3%~8%孔隙连通剂+3%~5%稳定剂。水灰比即水与G级水泥+金属离子平衡剂的质量比为1.67--1.000加入稳定剂使水泥浆的析水率降至2%~0%。在基本配方范围内改变功能助荆用量时,水泥浆在85℃、20MPa下养护48小时后的固化体水相渗透率在0.022-0.080时范围,抗压强度在5.1~9.5MPa范围。养护温度由70℃升至150℃时,固化体抗压强度升高,水相渗透率不变。水泥浆常温初凝时间随水友比增大而缩短,85℃初凝时间随缓凝荆加量增加而延长,加量0.596时可达310-460min。该渗透性水泥封堵技术已成功用于胡庆油田3口注水井的调剖。详细介绍了H19.12注水井与2口油井的地质概况和连通情况,堵菜注入工艺,调剖后注水井剖面改善、油井增产情况。图2表5。
A cement slurry capable of in-situ forming pemeaable isoating zones is developed for controlling water intake capacity of high permeable zones, improving injectivity profile and preventing wells frcm sand production with geoloic features of Huqing oil reservoirs Zhongyuan taken into consideration. A basic recept of the cement slurry is worked out: grade G cement+ buffering chemical (BC) of bivalent metal ions in mass ratio 1:1 as base material+ 15-25% pore retaining material+ 3-8% pore connecting material+ 3-5% stabilizer; water to (cement + BC) ratio 1.67-1.00. Introducing stabilizer reduces the fluid separation down to 2-0%. With constituent use levels varrying within the basic recept of the slurry, the cement set at 85℃ and 20 MPa in 48hrs has water phase permeability, Kw, in rang 0. 022- 0. 080 tan2 and compression strength, S, in range 5.--9.5 MPa; the S of set cement increases and the Kw-keeps unchanged when the setting temperature raises frcm 70℃ to 150℃. The initial set time of the slurry decreases with incresing water to (cement + BC) ratio and at 85℃- increases with dosage of retarder, being of 310-460 min at retarder dcsage 0.5%. The plugging technology with the permeable cement has been successfully used in 3 water injection wells in Huqing. The geologic characteristics and the connectivity of injection well H19-12 and 2 production wells, the cement slurry squeezing technology, and the improvements in water injectivity profile and the oil output raise in the prowells are described in some detail.
