大港南部油田污水分析及主要成份对聚合物溶液黏度的影响 被引量:4

A Comprehensive Analysis for Oilfield Produced Water in South Dagang and Influences of Some Constituents on Polymer Solution Viscosity

摘要 报道了大港南部油田污水中主要无机离子分析、有机物全分析及菌数测定结果,及3种主要成份对聚合物溶液黏度的影响。所分析的水样经精细过滤净化。水样矿化度在20 g/L左右,含大量Ca2++Mg2+,含Fe2++Fe3+、S2-、溶解氧及TGB和SRB菌。鉴定并定量的有机物,在官80回注污水中共94种,包括脂烃、芳烃、酸、酚、酯、醇、酮、醛及一种取代苯胺,酚类含量达0.2 mg/L,官195回注污水的情况相同,官80采出污水中有机物共77种,缺少酸、酚、某些醇、酮、醛及取代苯胺,这一些有机物可能来自破乳、絮凝净化过程中加入的处理剂。用模拟官80回注污水配制功能型聚合物(一种含高位阻且具一定活性侧基的丙烯酰胺共聚物)溶液,加入不同量Fe2+、S2-及苯酚,在85℃密闭老化70天,定时测定溶液黏度,发现当Fe2+浓度大于0.1 mg/L、S2-浓度大于2 mg/L、苯酚浓度大于0.1 mg/L时,溶液黏度下降十分剧烈。图3表3参6。 This paper presents the results of quantitative analysis of main inorganic ions and all organic compounds(OCs) existed and bacterial population determination in oilfield produced water (PW) in South Dagang and the influences of 3 main constituents on polymer solution viscosity in recycled PW for flooding reservoir Guan-80, that is, injection water (IW). The PW samples taken at wellhead are purified by fine filtration and then used for analyses. These PW samples has TSD≈20 g/L, contain Ca^2+ Mg^2+ in large amount, Fe^2+ + Fe^3+ ,S^2- , dissolved O2, and bacteria TGB and SRB. Totally 94 OCs are identified and quantitated in Guan-80 IW and include aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, acids, phenols, esters, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes and a substituted aniline with phenols content of 0.2 mg/L; the OCs in Guan-195 IW are similar; the number of OCs in Guan-80 wellhead PW is of 77, in which acids, phenols, ,some alcohols, ketones, aldehydes and a substituted aniline are absent and appear to be originated from chemicals introduced in demulsification and flocculation/pufification. A "functional" polymer, AM copolymer with sterically hindering and active side groups, is dissolved in simulation Guan-80 IW with different amount of Fe^2+ ,S^2- , and phenol added and the polymer solution is tested for viscosity changes in 70 day's ageing at 85℃ in closed vessel; it is found that the reduction of polymer solution viscoshy becomes very significant when the concentration of Fe^2+ , S^2- , and phenol exceeds 0.1,2.0,and 0.1 mg/L. respectively.
