摘要
教练员和运动员之间有效的信息沟通能把内部的矛盾化整为零,把二者的关系调整到最佳状态。就此问题进行了研究,归纳总结了信息沟通的方式、步骤和技巧,为教练员提高自身水平和带队技巧,作一些参考。
This paper highlights effective communication between couch and athletes can completely eliminate inner conflicts and best coordinate their relations. Through many years study, the author provides tentative information communication methods, procedure and skills to instruct couch＇s quality and skills.
