摘要
转录调节因子核因子(NF-κB)的活化与灭活,直接参与调节多种与急性肺损伤(ALI)相关的炎性细胞因子及黏附因子的基因转录。NF-κB的活化与炎性细胞因子的表达及肺损伤之间有正相关性。本文综述了NF-κB的结构和生物学特性、活化的因素及调节、与细胞因子的基因结合位点及炎性细胞因子的基因转录和表达的关系及其在ALI中的作用。
Aactivation and deactivation of transcription regulatory factor NF-κB directly participated in the gene transduction regulation of inflammatory factors and adhesive factors related to ALI. Activation of NF-κB has positive dependability with expression of inflammatory cytokines and lung injury. This article reviews NF-κB about its structure, biological activity, activated factors and regulation, relationship with gene binding site of cytokines and gene transduction and expression of inflammatory cytokines as well as its effect in ALl.
